This is an onsite role. Full‑time nights only. Work 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). No hybrid or remote option.

Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 yearly) to full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs (effective 7/1/2026).

• Graduate of an accredited or state‑board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life‑support certification as determined at the position level.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.

• Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
• Direct care in acute care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
• Support functions of AMSN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models for each unit.
• Collaborate with Clinical Educators to guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
