This is an onsite role. Full‑time nights only. Work 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). No hybrid or remote option.
Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 yearly) to full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs (effective 7/1/2026).
Eligibility & Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state‑board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life‑support certification as determined at the position level.
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
- Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Direct care in acute care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
- Support functions of AMSN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models for each unit.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educators to guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
- Performance bonus: 3‑Year Incentive Bonus, accumulates annually each October and paid out in October during the third year of employment.
