Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in an inpatient rehabilitation department, providing direct patient care in a specialty acute care setting, primarily Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity.
Responsibilities:Utilizing the nursing process for top-of-scope patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practices, precepting new staff, and ensuring safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
