Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant

University Park Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents' functional independence and quality of life. In this resident-centered role, you'll deliver restorative nursing interventions such as ambulation, range-of-motion, positioning, and ADL support under the direction of licensed nursing and therapy staff. Duties include accurate documentation, monitoring and reporting changes, assisting with care plans, and promoting safety, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care including ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
• Follow restorative care plans under direction of licensed nursing and therapy staff
• Accurately document treatments, participation, and resident responses
• Monitor and promptly report changes in residents' condition or functional status
• Support fall prevention, safe mobility, and proper body mechanics
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Educate and encourage residents in restorative goals and exercises
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures
