Kaba Fusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse in Colorado to deliver in-home infusion therapies with compassionate, patient-centered care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective administration in the home setting.
You will educate patients and families, monitor treatment progress, and document outcomes while upholding the highest standards of clinical care. A valid RN license with IV start skills and a current state driver’s license are required.
