We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include- delivering patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- graduation from an accredited LPN program
- active license in the applicable state
- CPR certification
- preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
- ability to make independent decisions
- competent in delivering care
- maintaining excellent customer service with a positive attitude
This role emphasizes adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
