Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a reputable healthcare facility recognized for quality care and a 5-star CMS rating.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and update care plans accordingly.
- Offer clinical supervision and support to CNAs and LPNs.
- Implement and interpret department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward patients.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Diploma in Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
- Current RN licensure in applicable state, maintained in good standing.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification upon hire, with ongoing certification maintained.
- Excellent communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.
