University Park Care Center is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to lead the completion and submission of MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans in alignment with CMS RAI Manual regulations. This role reports to the DON and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance and quality care.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least 2 years of nursing experience (geriatric preferred), and is CPR certified.
