• Responsible for ensuring workplace conditions are met for the health and safety of all workers in the facility on 2nd shift.
• Technicians maintain and help improve environmental impact of the facility.

• Works closely with supervisors and a small team.
• Ability to create and conduct trainings.
• Communicate through emails, phone, and in person.
• Lead safety teams.
• Create, review, and implement EHS standard work and analyze for effectiveness.

• Familiar with site environmental and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer basics including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to maintain company-wide safety, health and environmental program.
• Ability to analyze and process areas for potential hazards.
• Ability to appropriately intervene and correct unsafe conditions.

Must be able to work overtime which may include 2 Saturdays per month.

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $24.97 - $29.15 (Based off experience)
