Temporary Parts Counter Associate – Automotive Dealership (3–4 Month Assignment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person for a temporary 3–4 month assignment. This role supports service technicians, retail, and wholesale customers by identifying, ordering, and selling automotive parts and accessories in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and sales
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and credits accurately
• Provide pricing and availability information in person and by phone
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure timely parts fulfillment for the Service Department
• Follow dealership policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience strongly preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and parts catalogs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license

Assignment Details:

• Temporary position (approximately 3–4 months)
• Full-time hours
