OverviewYou will embody the Chamonix brand and corporate values, interacting with clients and building relationships while surpassing sales plans.
Responsibilities- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans and capture client data.
- Deliver significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Elevate the in‑store experience with memorable moments, greeting each client with a smile.
- Act as a brand ambassador and listen to clients, reading body language to make suggestions.
- Understand and meet store KPIs and minimum target goals.
- Advocate Chamonix cultural values, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and timeliness.
- Adhere to compliance with store operations, merchandising standards, and safety procedures.
- Perform daily housekeeping, inventory control, loss prevention, and opening/closing tasks.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting space with properly displayed inventory.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques, working one‑on‑one with customers and featured designers.
- Develop rapport with featured designers and procure custom‑order inventory as needed.
- Attend work on time, wearing required uniform, name tag, and gaming license.
- Comply with federal and state regulations (Colorado Limited Gaming Acts, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, etc.).
- Perform additional duties, including special projects, as needed.
Must be based in the United States and hold current State of Colorado Gaming License.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills under pressure.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. - Preferred:
Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework. - Preferred:
High‑end jewelry sales or art gallery experience. - Required:
Minimum 5 years retail or luxury retail experience, or relevant customer‑related experience (e.g., luxury hospitality). - Preferred:
One or more years recent experience in the jewelry industry; or at least 1–3 years of retail experience.
Starting at $16.00+ per hour BOE plus commission.
