Retail Service Specialist

Compensation

Pay Range: $15.16 - $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums. Premiums are applied based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure, using electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise appropriately.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule; manage changes and deviations and approvals.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day‑end procedures, verify/securing money/: deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors, arm/disarm security alarms, and check/secure delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Preferred:
  Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
