As a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service team member, you’ll play a key role in making every customer’s experience memorable. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist them in finding the perfect products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Keep the store looking its best by organizing and restocking merchandise.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Be a brand ambassador by staying informed about the newest products and trends.
• Participate in exciting special events like the Big Bear Bottoms Up Fest and the Big Bear Golf Classic
