Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service;

Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system;
