This is an exciting time to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer entering a new phase of growth and regional expansion. Backed by a publicly traded infrastructure parent company and recent plant investment, the organization is scaling rapidly and creating new opportunities for entrepreneurial sales talent. We are hiring an Outside Sales Lead to build and grow the Pueblo, Colorado market.
In this role, you will take ownership of a 40-year, relationship-driven operation and help scale it from $7M to $10M and beyond. With strong operational backing already in place, you will focus on growing revenue, strengthening contractor relationships, and building a more structured commercial engine in the Pueblo territory.
In order to be considered, you must have experience selling into construction, utilities, infrastructure, or related industrial markets and be comfortable operating in a highly autonomous, field-based environment.

- Stabilize and strengthen long-standing customer relationships post-acquisition
- Introduce structured quoting, proactive take-offs, and improved commercial processes
- Drive revenue growth from $7M to $10M and lay the foundation for scaling toward $20M
- Establish brand presence and expand market share across Pueblo and surrounding areas
- Influence product direction and go-to-market strategy within a growing infrastructure platform
Must be local to Pueblo or the surrounding Colorado market. Proven experience selling into contractors, utilities, or infrastructure projects. Ability to read construction plans and perform take-offs. Comfortable spending significant time on job sites and in the field. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently. Experience in precast, concrete, drainage, or municipal products is strongly preferred.
