Field Representative

We are currently looking for a Full Time
Omni-Channel Brand Ambassador
to join our growing team who is responsible for promoting Ria’s services across both agent locations and digital channels. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, supporting customer adoption of the Ria App, and driving engagement with agents and nearby businesses. The Brand Ambassador will represent Ria in the field, educate customers, and help grow digital and agent transactions.

• Promote the Ria brand at agent locations and nearby businesses.
• Educate customers about the Ria App and assist with downloads and onboarding when needed.
• Support customers with creating email accounts and setting up the Ria App to complete transactions.
• Build relationships with agents to encourage promotion of Ria services.
• Meet daily outreach and engagement targets with agents and customers.
• Track activity and results using defined metrics and reporting tools.
• Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience.
• Travel within assigned territory and nearby states to support growth initiatives.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers and business owners.
• Required:
  Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in the field and stay organized.
• Ability to stand and engage with customers for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

• Ability to work from office, from home and travel to assigned territory as needed
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as a driver in an automobile
• Ability to visit businesses and work in tight places to install equipment or marketing materials
• Ability to lift a maximum of 11.3 kilograms / 25 pounds
