Technical Sales Representative

Overview

Pro Mach’s subsidiary Statco-DSI, an industry leader in sanitary process equipment, is looking for a technical sales professional to build lasting relationships, drive sales, and expand our market footprint across the dairy, food, beverage, and bio‑pharmaceutical sectors.

• Start and develop strong and intentional ongoing relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Build a strong sales pipeline, achieving target‑based conversions.
• Identify, approach, qualify, serve, and develop customer contacts and potential accounts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process and customer success.
• Build relationships with vendor partners to provide the best products and value to customers.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets.
• Maintain industry knowledge, stay up-to-date on our offerings, customer businesses, and market trends.

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related industry field (preferred).
• Two (2) or more years of success in a similar sales role.
• Experience in sanitary manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Excited to meet customers in person and travel to build relationships.

Base Salary Range: $68,600 - $117,600. Total compensation includes salary, potential short‑term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, a retirement savings plan with company match, and a wellness program. Benefits are effective on the first day of employment.
