Sales Representative

KEG 1 is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being out in the market, working directly with retailers, and finding opportunities to grow business. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner and consultant to assigned retail accounts—helping drive sales, improve product placement, execute promotions, and ensure our brands are represented with excellence.

What You’ll DoGrow sales across assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for displays, distribution, promotions, product placement, and merchandising.

Build strong working relationships with retail decision-makers and act as a true business partner—not just an order taker.

Plan and execute daily and weekly account visits to ensure KEG 1 standards are met in the market.

Maintain strong in-store execution by monitoring shelf space, coolers, displays, point-of-sale materials, and product freshness.

Support supplier initiatives, monthly sales objectives, distribution goals, and promotional plans.

Communicate regularly with sales, delivery, and merchandising team members to ensure accounts are serviced thoroughly and professionally.

Rotate product, update point-of-sale materials, and support promotions, including occasional night and weekend execution as needed.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment. You should enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and turning everyday account visits into opportunities to grow the business.

One to three years of sales, customer service, retail, merchandising, or related experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with retailers, drivers, merchandisers, supervisors, and supplier partners.

A self-starter mindset with the drive to meet objectives, uncover opportunities, and deliver excellent service.

Education – high school diploma or equivalent

Experience – one (1) to three (3) years sales/customer service experience

Licensing – valid Colorado Driver License
