- This is an onsite position in Pueblo, CO**
- Perform duties as the Security Control Official (SCO) by ensuring compliance with security policies, managing emergency procedures, supporting internal investigations as directed, and coordinating with external vendors. The SCO is a key role in safeguarding the company’s personnel, assets, and infrastructure while ensuring that all security measures are aligned with company policies and regulations.
- Perform tactical duties as the facilities Business Resilience and Crisis Management site lead;
Responsible for leading completion of BRCM documents such as, Threat Vulnerability Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Business Incident Response Plans, and conducting and facilitating tabletop drills. - Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform the full range of tasks associated with establishing, maintaining, and enforcing all regulations related to ensuring compliance with all aspects of USG contracts.
- Assist in implementing security procedures and practices consistent with company standard operating procedures and government regulations.
- Provide daily in-person security support and services to employees. Responsible to process, organize and maintain accurate personnel records that contain company sensitive and personally identifiable information.
- Perform assigned duties in support of Government Security Compliance as assigned.
- Contributes to the team or department by tracking and working to completion all security deliverables: DD254s, PERSEC, visitor control, document control and security plans; applying knowledge of one or more functional areas; fully developed professional who is able to work without direct supervision or direction from others.
- Interpret physical construction standards for restricted/secure areas
- Completion of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum within six months of hire.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issues security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience in interpreting and implementing security requirements outlined in customer issued prime/subcontract DD-254 forms (DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications).
- Experience conducting investigations – Insider Threat and Workplace Violence
- Working knowledge on managing an access control system (ACS), Camera Surveillance System (CSS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
- Experience with the National Industrial Security System (NISS), and the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Experience with security tasks outside specialty (e.g. physical security) and be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Insider Threat Program Senior Officer (ITPSO) experience.
- Experience with COMSEC account management.
