- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, valves, pumps, and piping.
- Conduct thorough home inspections to identify potential risks and present customers with clear, transparent solutions ranging from repairs to system upgrades.
- Install and service plumbing components in compliance with local codes and company standards, maintaining a clean and professional job site.
- Deliver courteous, high-quality customer service, ensuring clear communication and detailed invoicing throughout each service call.
- Participate in a fair, rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergency service requests.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical plumbing issues and build trust with customers.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license highly preferred.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
- Professional, ethical, and dependable, with a commitment to delivering a 5-star customer experience.
