Excavation Laborer

Our company is seeking a dedicated Excavation Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing manual labor on assigned projects, ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining a safe work environment. The successful candidate will report to the Foreman or Excavation Manager and take direction from the Project Lead on each assigned project. This is a non-exempt position with standard working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional time as needed.

• Perform manual labor on assigned projects with professionalism and environmental consciousness.
• Comply with company safety programs, policies, and procedures to minimize safety incidents and violations.
• Take immediate action to protect the health and safety of everyone on the jobsite, as well as equipment and materials.
• Submit accurate timesheets and reports daily.
• Report to work on time and be ready to work by 7:00 AM.
• Learn and apply plumbing practices from the Project Lead.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Attend mandatory division meetings and review meeting minutes if absent.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Compensation for this position is based on an hourly rate, with details to be discussed during the interview process.
