• Install HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, according to company and manufacturer standards.
• Design, fabricate, and install duct systems and fittings as required for each job.
• Start up new systems and perform basic diagnostics to ensure functionality.
• Maintain clean work areas by using floor savers, drop cloths, and inspecting the area upon job completion.
• Complete accurate job documentation by filling out installation forms with details of tasks performed and materials used for records and quality tracking.
• Communicate with customers, addressing questions, concerns, and explaining the installation process in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle equipment and vehicle responsibilities by delivering and removing equipment, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, and ensuring proper stocking and part returns.
• Train apprentices on proper installation practices, tool usage, system testing, wiring, and IAQ product setup.
• Follow safety and brand standards by wearing approved uniform, following safety policies, and adhering to One Hour’s standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Participate in training by attending all company-sponsored training sessions to stay current on techniques, safety practices, and system updates.

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
