Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding outdoor work, including digging, shoveling, and working in trenches and various weather conditions.
  • Assist with underground utility and excavation projects, supporting main line repairs and utility digs.
  • Work safely around heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers.
  • Follow strict safety protocols, including trench safety and hazard awareness.
  • Maintain and care for company vehicles, tools, and job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Accurately complete daily timecard entries, service logs, and job site paperwork using company technology.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to learn plumbing codes, pipe joining, soldering, and tool operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manual labor, such as construction, landscaping, concrete, earthwork, or demolition.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn a skilled trade.
  • Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, crouching, crawling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Willingness to enroll in an apprenticeship program to pursue a Plumber’s License.
