- Perform physically demanding outdoor work, including digging, shoveling, and working in trenches and various weather conditions.
- Assist with underground utility and excavation projects, supporting main line repairs and utility digs.
- Work safely around heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers.
- Follow strict safety protocols, including trench safety and hazard awareness.
- Maintain and care for company vehicles, tools, and job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Accurately complete daily timecard entries, service logs, and job site paperwork using company technology.
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to learn plumbing codes, pipe joining, soldering, and tool operations.
- Previous experience in manual labor, such as construction, landscaping, concrete, earthwork, or demolition.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn a skilled trade.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, crouching, crawling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to enroll in an apprenticeship program to pursue a Plumber’s License.
