Nexus Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Shop Diesel Mechanics to join their team in Colorado. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy construction equipment and on-highway trucks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment or on-highway truck maintenance, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or equivalent training preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools, diagnostic software, and laptop computers
• Strong computer diagnostic skills
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping, and walking
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
• Must have or be able to obtain adequate tools for the job
• Dependable with a flexible schedule, including shift work, overtime, and weekends

• Trade school or equivalent training preferred
