Empower Youth. Build Your Career. Make an Impact.

Are you passionate about helping youth overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and achieve success in the classroom and beyond? Do you want to be part of a team that is creating a new, innovative educational and behavioral health program from the ground up?

At Shiloh House, we help Colorado youth and families succeed—and we help our staff grow. Our programs focus on each student's strengths using a trauma informed approach and our team culture gives you the space to use your talents while making a real difference in youth behavioral health.

We value mentorship, behavioral coaching, and professional development, and we promote from within. Join us to serve your community while building meaningful skills for your future mental health, counseling, social work, and human services careers.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a youth mentor and behavioral coach, guiding students through challenging situations and helping them develop self-regulation and pro-social skills
  • Supervise students in the school setting, model appropriate behaviors, and promote positive development
  • Use crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, behavior management strategies, clear boundaries, and structured routines to keep the environment safe and supportive
  • Document behaviors, communicate with the team, and help implement behavior plans
  • Support teachers while taking active responsibility for student engagement and behavior outcomes
  • Responsible for working with youth who have emotional and behavioral issues resulting from trauma and neglect, and who display verbal and physical aggression

You'll have the opportunity to intervene, guide, and influence student outcomes daily. Your actions will help youth grow, while your skills and judgment are valued and developed through ongoing training and mentorship.
