Title: Community Corrections Team Lead
Pay: $21.22 - $24.40/hr (based on shift differential)
Location: Pueblo, CO
Hours: Swing Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
Assists in day-to-day operations of Security office. Guides clients toward pro-social behavior and protects the safety of the staff, clients and community at large through monitoring and enforcing policies, rules and regulations with residential, non-residential and out client services clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.

- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, applicable laws and contractual obligations.
- Complete and meet all responsibilities and expectations of Community Corrections Specialist.
- Serve as resource to other staff regarding procedures and standards.
- Act as change agent in the implementation of new practices, including modeling desired behavior and training and coaching staff.
- Assist in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and supervision of assigned program/office.
- Train staff as needed on variety of topic areas.
- Provide direction and guidance to other staff on routine and non-routine assignments, monitor compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
- Assist management in hiring process as required.
- Provide timely and accurate input and feedback to manager on performance of staff, address issues as appropriate.
- Assist in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, including but not limited to scheduling staff, assigning work, and providing coverage.
- Complete variety of administrative tasks such as compiling and entering data, creating reports.
- Educate new clients on facility policies, rules and regulations and complete program orientation.
- In accordance with Intervention policy, procedures and values ensure that clients are adhering to facility rules and regulations.
- Support, educate and train clients and staff on appropriate safety and security procedures.
- Communicate incidents, issues and other relevant information accurately and timely to appropriate staff through recording entries into computer system, facility/department log and/or personally as appropriate.
- Review facility/department log and other communication systems at least once daily to keep informed of issues.
- Conduct internal and external rounds per standards, throughout the facility to ensure safety and monitor compliance with policies.
- Monitor facility and client population for improper conduct or unauthorized persons inside facility, investigate and take appropriate action.
- Report client violations timely and appropriately. Investigate violations as directed.
- Support and enforce behavioral guidelines/sanctions for acceptable and unacceptable behaviors.
