We are supporting their search for a Sr. Front‑End Software Engineer to modernize a system that incorporates the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and Dev Sec Ops  to provide Computer Vision capabilities.

As a Front‑End Software Engineer you will:

• Work with multiple scrum teams to develop immersive user interfaces using Svelte, HTML, CSS, and Typescript
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Proactively engage as a thought leader within the team, driving innovative approaches and strategies that elevate our front‑end development practices
• Contribute to the optimization of code for maximum performance and efficiency
• Optimize code for seamless performance and rapidly address any potential issues
• Uphold and champion industry best practices for the creation of top‑tier web applications
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the formation of highly effective, collaborative teams

Required skills/qualifications:

• Active Top Secret clearance with an ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph
• US Citizenship required
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with user interface development in Angular, React, Svelte, or similar framework
• Experience creating and maintaining Enterprise web applications and integrating with back end services
• Strong experience in CSS and creating page layouts using component libraries and toolkits
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience

Additional Skills We'd Like to See:

• Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs including REST
• Understanding of GIS concepts (ESRI tools, OGC Standards)
• Experience working with CI pipelines
• Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana
• Experience with AWS environments
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
• Security+ Certification

The compensation range for this role will be $145,000 - $190,000 a year, commensurate with skills and experience.
