This job requires a DOT physical and a current DOT medical card.

We’re looking for a skilled and safety‑focused CDL Class A Driver to operate belly dump and side dump trailers throughout the state of Colorado. This role is ideal for drivers who take pride in their work, value reliability, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced construction and hauling environment.

You’ll be responsible for transporting aggregate materials, supporting construction projects, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries across varying terrain and weather conditions.

This is a non‑exempt hourly role. The pay range is $33–$34 per hour.

• Operate belly dump and side dump trailers safely and efficiently on highways, rural roads, and job sites across Colorado and surrounding states
• Haul and deliver aggregate materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and fill
• Perform accurate dumping operations according to site specifications and crew instructions
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections of truck and trailer
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and state hauling requirements
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members
• Keep accurate logs, delivery tickets, and required documentation
• Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting as needed
• Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and the public

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted Class A CDL
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate Card
• Experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trailers (preferred but not required if willing to train)

The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
