Responsibilities

• Run no-touch reefer freight for a dedicated customer, mostly within Colorado; the furthest you would see on this account is Southern WY or Western UT.
• Multiple home calls per week, plus a 34‑hour reset period. Drivers must be comfortable with day or night shifts as this is a 24/7 operation and schedules may change according to customer needs.
• Pay is based on mileage (.70–.80¢ per mile, depending on experience) plus $17 per stop. Typical load averages 1,700 miles and 13 stops per week.
• Transport 100% no‑touch freight.
• Drive newer, top‑line equipment – mostly 2025 trucks with automatic transmissions and autochains.
• Earn bonus pay: up to 3% safe‑driving/on‑time mileage bonus, and $1,000 monthly extra bonus for driving during winter months (Nov‑Mar).
• Position is permanent with consistent freight and paycheck.

• At least 3 months of recent company driving experience (school/military/training does not count).
• Unable to take recent graduates.
• Must pass a hair follicle drug test.
• No drug test refusals or positives are accepted.
• Drivers must have a Class A CDL.
