The "Erie Bee" is a transportation service that offers a convenient, on-demand public transportation option designed to supplement existing transit systems. Drivers will make real-time decisions on how to accommodate all the trips coming in. To the greatest extent possible, drivers should avoid making mid-route decisions to keep passenger travel time to a minimum, however occasional deviations may be necessary depending on total trip demands.

This service will be using a new on-demand software, Spare Labs, and an app that passengers will use to schedule rides.

Starting pay range for the role is $22.61/hour Position will be eligible for safety bonuses as well.

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pmQualifications for Driver:

Minimum of 19 years of ageHigh School Diploma/GEDMust possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing

Must pass and maintain DOT physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks.

Must have a desire to work with any level of the general public
