Full Time DDC - Pueblo, CO, Pueblo, CO, US
Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
As the Pueblo Terminal Manager, you will lead the lube warehouse and driver team in all aspects of customer experience from answering the phone, taking orders, handling customer issues, etc. You will also lead the addition of two tank wagons including finding the proper location and hiring two initial drivers. Duties or delegation will include the lube purchasing function to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained to meet customer needs and maintain inventory goals.
Manage lube and fuel delivery schedules and routing to meet Customer expectations and maintain company delivery KPI’s.
- Communication and direction of the driver force with engagement and problem solving
- Ensure policies, procedures, processes are trained and followed.
- Provide safety training, coaching, corrective action and observations.
- Works with dispatch to monitor planning board for efficient on-time deliveries.
- Provide excellent service experience for customers: investigate and take necessary action to quickly resolve customer service issues.
- Investigate all accidents, injuries, spills, mixes, security issues, unsafe conditions or other incidents to the QHSSE team.
- Create and maintain a Safety Culture; ensure all transportation operations comply with all facility, company, state and federal rules and DOT regulations.
- Assists with managing administrative deadlines, i.e. paperwork daily review and submittal, payroll, AP approvals, etc.
- Review and manage driver performance and safety using the data and tools provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Great organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask and to “do what it takes” to get the job done.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels in the organization.
- Knowledge of the oil/fuel industry.

- Have MS Outlook, Work and Excel skills
