Brookside Properties is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support apartment communities throughout Middle Tennessee, West Tennessee, and Henderson, Kentucky
. This full-time role is ideal for a highly adaptable, sales-driven professional who enjoys variety, travel, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact wherever support is needed.

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes
• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into residents
• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
• Support resident retention through positive resident experiences
• Maintain accurate leasing and prospect records
• Provide coverage and operational support at multiple communities as needed
• Help communities achieve occupancy and leasing goals

• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Basic computer proficiency

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.00 per hour
