Production Manager

Develop, implement, and adjust production schedules to meet customer deadlines while optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring a highly engaged workforce.

Manage supervisors, the maintenance team, and production staff, including responsibilities for coaching, hiring, onboarding, and fostering retention.

Oversee and uphold quality standards across all production processes to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.

Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Coordinate workflow between departments (cutting, welding, machining, assembly, coating, and quality control) to ensure streamlined operations.

Direct and manage the maintenance program, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are regularly maintained, repaired, and upgraded.

Develop and oversee cross-training programs across departments to ensure flexibility in the workforce and the ability to meet production demands.
