Experienced Baker – University TN Southern (Zest Culinary Services)
Location:
Pulaski, TN
Zest Culinary Services (formerly known as MMI Dining Systems) is currently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at University TN Southern.
We’re looking for a self‑motivated, skilled baker who can efficiently create a variety of baked goods, including daily menu specials, while maintaining quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare baked goods according to recipes and production specifications
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as outlined in production and catering sheets
- Assist with production planning to meet daily requirements
- Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and correct equipment
- Follow all prescribed production standards and safety protocols
Position is part-time, Monday-Friday, 6am-10am.
