Clinical Manager RN

NHC Home Care Pulaski is looking for a Registered Nurse who will manage and direct all patient care services and personnel in our Home Care agency. The ideal candidate is an energetic, people‑focused RN who loves helping patients and supporting a high‑quality care environment.

• Hire and maintain high‑quality clinical staff
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians
• Provide care as needed, primarily ensuring sufficient staffing to meet patient needs
• Educate staff and monitor care quality
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or a compact state
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months in a home‑care setting
• Preferred:
  Minimum one year of supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse
• Commitment to meeting patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and a clean driving record
• Ability to meet Background Screening requirements
