Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Detox

Job Overview

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Pulaski invites a dedicated Detox LPN to provide compassionate, community‑centered care.

Schedule:

Full‑Time, Day; 3x12 shifts (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.), rotating weekends.

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, following scope and standards of practice.

• Current Tennessee or compact state LPN license.
• Graduate of a practical nursing program.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• PEARS certification within 6 months of hire.
• IV competency preferred; intent to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Handle With Care (HWC) certification preferred.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a stressful environment; one‑year prior experience preferred.
