About Our TeamAt the Lynville Primary Care Clinic, we are looking for an experienced nurse committed to providing high quality care to our patients. We offer a supportive environment with hands‑on experience and prioritize a good culture throughout the clinic.
How You'll Contribute- Provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, as supervised and delegated by a registered nurse.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication; document patient care given.
- Assist RN with development of plan of care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Schedule appointments and procedures as ordered by the provider.
- Obtain insurance re‑authorizations as requested for testing and scheduled procedures.

- Current Tennessee or compact state LPN license and graduation from a Practical Nursing program.
- Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. - Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- LPN license for the State of Tennessee.
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
