Salary & Compensation

Hourly rate: $15 - $28 per hour, equal to or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. Responsibilities include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Positive attitude in all weather conditions required.
