Retail Inventory Supervisor – Dollar Teams. Now Hiring – $16.00 - $23.00 (Inventory Associates) & a competitive salary for Supervisors. Part Time:
The more you are available, the more you can earn! This is a traveling role.
Note: This position requires travel, including early departures and potential overnight stays.

- Lead & Engage – Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.

- Must be at least 18 years of age (must be at least 21 to be a qualified van driver; must be at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting fleet driver requirements may be required
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, use of hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent low positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
