Competitive salary for Supervisors; $16.00 - $23.00 for Inventory Associates.

• Coach and train Inventory Associates; accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence.

• Minimum 18 years of age (or 21 for van driver).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Supervisor.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
• Reliable attendance and commitment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; may need WIS Fleet driver requirements.
