Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Support and Client Relations Specialist to support our sales team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing sales, customer relations, or account management within a fast‑paced, technical environment.
The successful candidate will help coordinate customer communications, support quoting and order processes, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through production.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary support contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, sales documents, and order confirmations
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and scheduling teams to relay customer requirements
- Track orders, timelines, and project updates to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and communication logs in internal systems
- Support client onboarding and help maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Follow up on open quotes, orders, and customer requests
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
- Learn company products, molding processes, and manufacturing capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn manufacturing terminology and processes
