Promptly answers all incoming calls and assists in placing outgoing calls;
Responds to code phone, code computer or wall panel alarms which takes priority over any calls except the fire alarm and making sure that appropriate personnel are notified;
Monitors fire panel alarms, wall alarms, code phone and code computer where applicable, contacting the fire department and other appropriate personnel when needed;
Pages on web based paging system and switch board for authorized personnel, physicians and emergency calls;
Places long distance and Watts Line Calls for various departments and doctors offices
