Adjunct Nursing Instructor

New River Community College (NRCC) is a comprehensive community college located in the New River Valley of Virginia. Teach nursing classes.

Special Assignments:
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

Required Qualifications:

Current unrestricted RN license in Virginia. Minimum of Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited college. Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, and effective communication in teaching/learning situations. Fairness and flexibility in understanding and working with a wide variety of students. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative manner in a team-oriented environment.
