New River Community College (NRCC) seeks a 12-month Administrative Faculty Career Coach to guide high school students in career exploration, college applications, and financial aid. You will conduct workshops, build postsecondary plans, and partner with families to overcome barriers to college completion.
Ideal candidates hold a master’s in counseling or related field with 2–5 years of educational counseling experience, and can work evenings or weekends as needed. Salary range $55,000–$60,000.
