Physical Therapist

Overview

The position offers a sign‑on bonus of $5,000 and is part‑time on weekdays. Pay ranges from $55.44 to $69.30 per hour.

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days at minimum, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state of assignment.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home‑health care.
• If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or participation in a residency program is required.
• Current CPR certification.
