Manage Starbucks department and associates to maximize sales and profitability by controlling product loss and promoting sales;
Schedule and provide department training, development of necessary skills, and areas of job responsibilities including computer based training;
Recruiting and selecting quality associates, and planning adequate coverage through scheduling;
Ensure continued training and skill development for associates to increase retention of quality associates;
Maintain a clean department according to company standards and utilize cleaning calendar
