Role
The Production Associate – Apparel Grader supports the Rental Division by examining used customer garments to assess their long-term usefulness, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Responsibilities- Accurately inspect garments, maintain cleanliness of work area, and meet quality and productivity goals. Use computer programs for work tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with safety and efficiency.
- Must be authorized to work in the US, 18 or older, and able to stand, stretch, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Key attributes include attention to detail, strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, safety awareness, adaptability, and honesty.
- Selection involves application review, interviews, and a job tryout.
- Candidates may undergo background checks and drug screening.
