Lead shifts weekly and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.;
Ensure Guest Service: deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, train service staff in procedures, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for the best service.;
Ensure Kitchen: deliver great quality food quickly, ensure food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; ensure onboarding and ongoing recognition and motivation of crew.
