Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver's license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions.
