Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our team drives a truck along an established route and services and sells within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor activities including delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Being the face of Cintas to customers and building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensuring quality standards and proactively solving customer concerns
• Growing the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely
• Complying with driving and vehicle regulations

Required:

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment
• Documentation of prior employment

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary and earned commissions. The range is based on skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the position location.
