Security Officer- Hospital Patrol- Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor access points and activity throughout the location, assisting with visitor screening, directions, and reporting of suspicious conditions, hazards, and/or policy concerns;
Support healthcare operations by helping to maintain order in public areas, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols
